Anxiety & Mood Disorders
I use evidenced based strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and mood disorders which explores the relationship between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I will provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles to facilitate meaningful change.
I have experience helping clients with varying eating disorder presentations at various stages of their recovery process. This includes behaviors such as, food restriction, binge eating, purging, obsessive exercise, body dysmorphia as well as body dissatisfaction. I am here to guide and support you through this process.
