Meet Brooke
I’m happy to guide
you through your
healing journey with
the attention and
care you deserve.
Brooke’s clinical style is one of collaboration, seeing therapy as a life-enhancing participation in self-understanding, self-realization and self-compassion. Brooke’s work is rooted in helping adolescents and adults of all ages to build awareness, insight and create opportunities for change, while recognizing maladaptive patterns and behaviors, which limit individuals from creating a fulfilling and healthier life. Brooke believes in drawing upon her client’s inherent strengths and sense of resiliency. Brooke works with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, trauma/PTSD, eating disorders and relational issues. Brooke works from a humanistic, person-centered approach, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Attachment Theory. In addition to her private practice, Brooke also serves as an Individual & Family Therapist at Community West Treatment Center.
