Anxiety & Mood Disorders
I use evidenced based strategies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety and mood disorders which explores the relationship between our thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I also use other evidenced based practices, such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI) as needed. My ultimate goal is meet my clients where they are at by collaborating on a specialized treatment approach that can facilitate meaningful change.
